WebThe cheapest option I've found is Suntour Zeron cranks. They're heavy (900g) and come with a mediocre proprietary chainring, but they only cost $80. Race Face Aefect R come in 165mm and are very cost effective. Canfield has super short options, every 5mm increment from 170mm to 150mm.
