It is a 95, but it should work fine. Still nothing. If I hardwire the alternator, it definitely charges. WebJul 14, 2024 · I ordered up a tach specified for alternator input, upon using jumpers to test it out, it read 2200 at idle (..that aint right) So it looks like to me I have to finaggle with the dip-switches to set up the tach right. question I have is this; is there a way to rig a timing light to compare readings with the tachometer in question?
