WebMechanistically, famoxadone-cymoxanil toxicity might be due to the downregulation of genes associated with the calcium-signaling pathway and cardiac muscle contraction. Our results found that famoxadone-cymoxanil exposure causes cardiac developmental toxicity and severe energy deficiency in zebrafish.
