WebNew Alac Tempest is kind of nice, but needs major tweaking. With 35-45% boon duration you can get ~9 seconds of Alacrity per Overload. With a Fresh Air build you can constantly overload Air attunement every 8-9 seconds and get perma-alac. WebHeal Tempest is excellent for Raids, as it provides arguably the highest sustained direct healing in the game as well as immense range (the staff variant at least). It also has crazy good condi cleanse and can be spec'd to provide very high Protection uptime as well.
