Open the glove box, remove the flashlight (if yours is still there), find the two white plastic release screws on the top of the glove box, turn each 90 deg, the fuse block will drop down (pretty cool actually). Right next to where the washer nozzle comes through the plastic you cannot miss the little push clips that come out of the plastic cowl that covers the wiper motor area. Push those in to release the plastic cowl. You should then be able to remove the nozzle after the cowel is removed.
